Due to weather conditions tonight's clinic will be cancelled. Please make sure to do your work out on your own. We'll see you next week!

Monday, March 17, 2014

Just a reminder- IR and AR will be at the ASU track this week. Walkers and Beginning Runners will be at the church.
All groups WILL be doing a full work-out tonight! I know y'all feel like it's a lot of sit time and not enough move time, but we've got to get the basics down before we hit the big track. That's why we give you goals the first two weeks to make sure you are doing the workout at home. This week you've been working on walking 3 minutes and running/speed walking for 30 seconds. If you don't have someone to run/walk with on your own, please let us know! We are always looking for people to go walk/run with!!

Walkers and beginning runners please do not go to the track. We will not have enough leaders to accommodate all groups. We have over 500 ladies signed up for the clinic! Thanks for understanding!
