Today is the big day ladies!! We will have our clinic orientation tonight at the First Baptist Church CAC building (on Union, in a room beside their gym). Look for the banner outside! It's a drop in from 5:30-7 pm, and we will not be working out tonight. See you then!!! Leaders will all be wearing our Orange Shirts from last year!!

Clinic Orientation - Monday, Feb. 25 5:30-7 pm at First Baptist Church CAC downtown. Drop in any time during the session and get to know your leaders, learn about proper shoes and sports bras, get info about the clinic, get help with your breathing technique and running form, get coupons for athletic gear and other cool stuff and so much more! You can also sign up for our Graduation Celebration 5k and Pasta Party in May!
