What: Free 10 week running clinic teaching women the proper ways to walk & run.
When: Clinic nights will be Monday and Thursdays at 6pm. First clinic night is March 3.
Where: CAC gym at First Baptist Church on Union Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
