Tonight’s clinic is cancelled due to April showers…but remember, they bring May flowers! 

On your own, between now and Thursday, do a warm-up, stretches, and ….

·        Walkers and Beginning Runners should do 5 minute run and 2 minute walk.
·        Intermediate Runners should do 8 minute run and 2 minute walk
·        Advanced Runners should do a 3 mile run.
